Full-stack dealership management platform for a Bajaj motorcycle client —
built from zero to production. Six core modules handle the complete
dealership workflow: bike inventory, showroom listings, service stations,
customer enquiries, service bookings, and exchange requests.
Integrated Cloudinary for multi-model media delivery with transformation
pipelines, VAPID web push notifications for real-time lead alerts,
WhatsApp Business API + SMTP for automated follow-ups, and Jazzmin
for a polished admin experience. Deployed on Railway with Supabase
PostgreSQL — 8 production security settings enabled.
Real-time project management tool — Kanban boards, team collaboration,
and task analytics. Built to showcase production-level Django architecture:
Django Channels for WebSockets, Celery + Redis for async task queues,
JWT auth, React frontend, Dockerized, and full CI/CD via GitHub Actions.
DSA embedded throughout — Min-Heap for task prioritization,
Binary Search for filtering, Sliding Window for analytics.
Website for a calisthenics training business based in Mayur Vihar, New Delhi. Multi-page site with member enrollment flow, admin panel for managing members and schedules, Firebase backend, and a custom dark athletic design — Bebas Neue display type, lime-green accents, mobile-first layout built for the gym community.

Backend API for door-to-door household survey operations across municipal zones. Field workers used the API to record property data, owner details, and geo-tagged survey entries in real time. Handled zone-wise data segmentation, survey progress tracking, and bulk data reporting for municipal administrators.
Backend API for automated property tax calculation serving municipal corporations. Tax computed dynamically from the database using property type, area, zone, and usage factors. Citizens could query dues and generate tax receipts via API. Handled bulk property records with optimized query performance.
HR and employee tracking platform for internal use. Managers could assign project milestones and weekly task targets to employees, track progress, and generate performance reports. Employees logged daily work updates via API. Built role-based access for HR, managers, and individual contributors.
My Process
Requirements, constraints, real users. I ask the questions most developers skip before writing a single line.
Schema design, API contracts, data flow. Decisions made upfront save weeks of refactoring later.
Iterative development with clear commits. Backend first, then frontend, then integration — tested at each layer.
CI/CD, environment config, production hardening. I don't hand over a zip file — I hand over a live URL.
